Returns

Refunds after their transfer to the Administrator's account as payment for the Services of paid access to tests are not made.

You have the opportunity to get paid back under the following conditions:

• Technical errors in the site
• Inconsistency of the content of the test with its description

Refunds

If you ask for a refund, we will check your request against our policies. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
